At BTC West, we focus on two major categories of business, hauling and rehauling. This ensures that both our customers and our drivers have all the resources they need to succeed!

REHAULING

For approximately six months of the year (September through February), BTC West provides day and night sugar beet rehauling for Western Sugar Cooperative. We load and deliver over 15,000 tons of beets daily. We are equipped with custom quad-axle trailers for hauling, and we employ extra drivers and loader operators to help complete this monumental task. This takes upwards of 400 people to complete.

HAULING

In addition to hauling beets, BTC West provides contract hauling services. Our drivers haul aggregate materials and dry bulk materials, such as lime, cement, fly ash, and railroad traction sand. We also haul liquid molasses for animal feed and wood by-products.

TRAINING AND SUPPORT

We make training a priority for all our staff. We want our employees to be safe and legal no matter what they are doing. Inclement weather, electronic logging devices (ELD), weight distribution, visibility, equipment inspection, proper equipment operation, and Department of Transportation compliance are just a few of the items our drivers receive training on.

TRI-LINE CARRIERS

Operating under Contrans Flatbed Group, Brookville Carriers is one of the largest flatbed operators in Atlantic Canada. With terminals conveniently located in Truro, Nova Scotia and Saint John, New Brunswick, we offer conventional and over-dimensional hauls throughout the United States and Canada. You can always depend on our dedicated staff for hassle-free delivery of your shipments.

CLARKE ROAD TRANSPORT

Our Flatbed group is focused on providing quality service to our customers who require regular, Hazmat, over dimensional LTL and Full load freight. All our drivers are fully trained to handle specialized loads and heavy over dimensional freight. We have three locations St. Johns, Milton, and Halifax. Our Halifax group works closely with Halifax terminal operation in distribution of heavy machinery and drilling equipment. We have years of experience working on water and wind projects. Our fleet is PIP, CTPAT, FAST, and Smartway certified.
